Release 2.12.1

Bug fixes for Minecraft 26.1 plus new features, including the WrapperPlayServerChunkBiomes packet, chunk section fluid tracking, and Adventure v5 support.

PacketEvents 2.12.1 is finally out! 🎉

This patch release includes mainly bugfixes related to Minecraft 26.1, but also includes a few smaller features.
